Keep in mind that since this is a 4 in 1 packer, the packer feels quite plastic-y and very hard (not squishy). Also the hole of the STP is extremely small. Yes, it is possible to use it as an STP, but you'd have to be very patient and very trained.
Since the packer is so stiff, it kind of hurts after a while of wearing, because it squeezes.
I feel like this packer is aimed at sexual performance, because for the other 3 functions it kind of flops.
