FAQ: ORDERING
Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (working days) following confirmation of your order, unless your product is no longer in stock, in which case you will receive an e-mail offering you a replacement or refund.

Your orders are dispatched every day from Monday to Friday.
If you've received a payment link, but the link displays a 404 error page, simply copy your tracking number and paste it into the search bar on the carrier's site.

Our packages are sober and discreet and won't mention their contents in any way, so you have nothing to worry about 🙂
The "BWYA" brand name appears in the sender's contact details.
If this is a problem, please specify it in the "note" box before validating your order.
If you haven't received your tracking number, you can contact us by e-mail at contact@bwya.fr. Don't forget to mention your order number and the name associated with your order.

Standard home delivery. Shipment via La Poste or Colis privé (you do not have the option of choosing the service provider). Our algorithm will select the best option for you. Delivery time is 48 to 72 hours on average, but is not guaranteed.
The information on your tracking number is decisive.
If your parcel is marked as "delivered to letterbox" we will consider it as "delivered".
You will have the opportunity to make a claim. Our customer service department will do its utmost to assist you in dealing with the carrier.
It can take up to 1 month to process a delivery anomaly.
If you receive a damaged or altered parcel, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the damage.
After this time, we will consider that you have received the parcel in good condition and we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you.
Tracking: Your tracking number will be sent to you automatically once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received it, send us an e-mail or a message to 06 22 14 29 36 indicating your NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
Shipment via relay point. Shipment via La Poste or mondial Relais.
Delivery time is 2 to 4 days on average, but is not guaranteed. It is longer for deliveries within Europe.

Express delivery within 24h to your home. Insurance included. If your order is placed on Friday after 9am, it will leave on the following Monday. No shipping or delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
This time may be extended from 24 to 48 hours for international shipments (see table).
