Your order will be sent within 24 to 72 business hours after confirmation, unless your product is out of stock. In that case, you will receive an email offering a replacement or a refund for your item.

If you received a payment link, but it shows a 404 error page, simply copy your tracking number and paste it into the search bar on the carrier's website.

Standard home delivery. Shipping is handled by La Poste or Colis Privé (you cannot choose the carrier), and our algorithm will select the best option for you. Delivery typically takes 48 to 72 hours, but this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Your tracking information will be considered definitive.
If your package is marked as 'delivered to mailbox,' we will consider it 'delivered'.
You will have the option to file a claim. Our customer service team will do their best to assist you with the carrier.
Processing a delivery issue can take up to 1 month.
If you receive a damaged or altered package, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the damage.
After this period, we will consider that you received the package in good condition, and therefore, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you.

Express delivery to your home within 24 hours. Insurance included. If your order is placed on Friday after 9 AM, it will be dispatched the following Monday. No shipping or delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
This timeframe may be extended by 24 to 48 hours for international shipments (please refer to the table).
