Your order will be sent within 24 to 72 hours (working days) following the confirmation of your order, unless your product is no longer in stock, in which case you will receive an email to offer you the replacement or refund of your article.

Standard home delivery method. Shipping via La Poste or Private Parcel (you do not have the option to choose the service provider), our algorithm will select the best option for you. Delivery time is 48 hours to 72 hours on average, but is not guaranteed.
The information from your tracking number will be taken into account.
If your package is marked as “delivered to letterbox” we will consider it “delivered”.
You will have the opportunity to make a complaint. Our customer service will do everything possible to assist you in the procedures with the carrier.
The processing time for a delivery anomaly can be up to 1 month.
If you receive a damaged or altered package, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the damage.
After this period, we will consider that you have received the package in good condition and therefore, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist you.

Express delivery within 24 hours to your home. Insurance included. If your order is placed on Friday after 9am, it will leave the following Monday. No shipping or delivery on Saturday and Sunday.
