HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT?
You have the option of exchanging or returning eligible items to us.
Remember to try the items on washed and dry skin, this will make it easier to put on.
If you find that the item is too small, too big or not suitable for you,
please stop wearing it and put it aside until you send it back.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?
First, you will need to go to your customer account.
Find your order and select “request a refund".
You will have the option to select the product you would like to exchange and to specify the quantity.
An automatic email will confirm that your request has been taken into account.
Once processed, your request will go “on hold” while we receive your item(s).
We do not provide a return label.
You will therefore have to return your item(s) to us at the provided address.
You can choose the carrier of your choice, however we advise you to opt for a solution with tracking.
In case of non-receipt, we will ask you for your tracking number, so keep it carefully. Without it, we will not be able to intervene on your behalf.
Consider printing and enclosing the form (click here) to your package.
Tip: By printing your own stamps on the post office website you will save a few cents 🙂
Upon receipt of your package, we will check the condition of the returned item. It must not show any signs of wear, smell or stain or have been washed. A percentage may be deducted if the item does not meet these criteria. You will receive a notification by email within 3 working days, confirming receipt of the article.
This will contain a unique discount code valid on your next order, corresponding to the amount of the returned item.
You will be able to place an order on our site.
- The amount will be credited in the form of a promotional code corresponding to the amount of the returned item.
- We only credit the amount of the item (excluding postage). When you order again on our site, new shipping costs corresponding to your item(s) will be calculated.
Go to our site and order again by adding the items of your choice to your basket.
Apply the discount coupon to your order before validating the payment.

The return and proper receipt of your package are your responsibility.

Upon receipt, we will refund your order, using the original payment method only. You will receive it within 48 hours for payment via PayPal, within 4 to 7 days for payment by credit card.
